I couldn't find the rotisserie seasoning in my supermarket, so I ended up taking cues from another recipe and using 1 Tbsp. salt and 1 Tbsp pepper. My chicken was rather large, though, so I ended up adding more of both. It was SPECTACULAR. The chicken was so tender, and the brine was DELICIOUS. SAVE THE BRINE; it would make for a wonderful chicken soup. Overall great recipe.

Let me first start by saying that I use many of your spices and marinades, Mesquite, Back Yard BBQ, Smoky Ranchero, Chipotle Pepper, Zesty Herb are just a few of my favorites. This particular seasoning wasn't very good. The cooking method for the chicken was great but the actual taste wasn't so great for me.
