Herb Roasted Turkey Breast is a wonderful meal for special occasions or for a Sunday dinner that lasts for weekday lunches and quick dinners. Photo credit: Nicole Shoemaker from Cooking for Keeps.
1 turkey breast, (5 to 6 pounds), fresh or frozen, thawed
4 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place roasting rack in shallow roasting pan. Mix Italian seasoning, seasoned salt and pepper in small bowl.
Place turkey breast in prepared pan. Spread seasoning mixture over entire surface and under skin of turkey. Cover loosely with heavy duty foil.
Roast 1 hour. Remove foil. Add water to pan. Roast 1 to 1 1/2 hours longer or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, basting occasionally with pan juices. Remove turkey from oven. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, for 15 minutes. Transfer to platter or carving board and slice.
