Makes chicken tenders from scratch easily with McCormick® Crispy Chicken Tenders Seasoning Mix. Serve with Dipping Sauces, if desired.
1 package McCormick® Crispy Chicken Tenders Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon milk
1 pound chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 450°F. Empty Seasoning Mix into shallow dish. Beat egg and milk in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Coat evenly on both sides with Seasoning Mix. Discard any remaining egg mixture and Seasoning Mix.
Place chicken in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Drizzle chicken evenly with melted butter.
Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning halfway through cook time.
Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 2 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning to Seasoning Mix. Serve chicken tenders with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
Serve chicken tenders with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce, Tangy Apricot Dipping Sauce or Spicy Buffalo Dipping Sauce.
