INGREDIENTS
1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix, Original
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained or
2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
1 can (15 to 16 ounces) kidney or pinto beans, undrained
Assorted toppings, such as shredded cheese, chopped onions or sour cream (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
2. Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.

Blazin Hot Chili: Use McCormick® Hot Chili Seasoning Mix. Add 1 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper or 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Red Pepper or 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped, with the beans.
