Try this easy and tantalizing recipe, which pays homage to the fine Memphis tradition of dry seasoned ribs.
1/3 cup McCormick® Grill Mates® Barbecue Seasoning
1 teaspoon McCormick® California Style Garlic Salt with Parsley
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Chipotle Chili Pepper
3 to 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Barbecue Seasoning, garlic salt and chipotle chili pepper in small bowl. Lightly rub ribs with oil then generously season both sides with seasoning mixture.
Place ribs in single layer on foil-lined roasting pan. Pour water into pan; cover tightly with foil.
Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones.
Transfer ribs to grill and baste with maple syrup. Grill over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes per side or until browned.

I made these and they were awesome. Used country style ribs (375 for 15 min. and 400 for 15 min). Excellent.
