Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wing pieces
- 1/3 cup Crispy Southern Style Chicken Frying Mix
- 1/4 cup Zatarain's® Cajun Hot Sauce
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pour oil into deep fryer, large deep skillet or Dutch oven, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat oil to 350°F on medium heat.
- 2 Place wings in large resealable plastic bag. Add Frying Mix; seal bag and shake to coat evenly.
- 3 Fry wings in batches until cooked through, golden brown and crispy, about 8 to 10 minutes per batch, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels.
- 4 Mix hot sauce and melted butter in large bowl. Add hot wings; toss to coat well. Serve wings with blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery sticks, if desired.
