- 1 can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Thai Kitchen® Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup dark rum, (optional)
- 2 cups ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 DRAIN pineapple, reserved 1/4 cup juice. Place pineapple, reserved juice, orange juice, coconut milk and rum in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until pineapple is pureed. Add ice; blend until smooth.
- 2 POUR into tall glasses. Serve immediately.
