Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons vietnamese x cajun seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix butter and Seasoning in small bowl until well blended.
  • 2 Spoon butter onto plastic wrap. Roll into a log about 1-inch (2.5-cm) in diameter. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month. Serve with toasted baguette, use to season grilled shrimp and chicken or steamed veggies.
