Ingredients

  • 6 Romaine lettuce leaves, ends trimmed
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices sandwich pepperoni
  • 6 slices salami
  • 5 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 plum tomatoes, sliced into rounds
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons Flavor Maker Sandwich Topping Seasoning
  • 2 (12-inch) submarine rolls, halved lengthwise

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Place romaine lettuce leaves on large cutting board, overlapping slightly. Layer lettuce with ham, pepperoni, salami, cheese, tomato and red onion. Finely chop layered ingredients. Transfer to a large bowl.
  • 2 Whisk vinegar, mayonnaise and Flavor Maker Seasoning in small bowl. Drizzle over chopped sandwich ingredients tossing gently to mix well.
  • 3 Spoon about 2 cups of the chopped Italian sandwich filling onto each roll. Cut in half to serve.
