Italian Chicken with Basil & Garlic

Prepare Italian-Style chicken and mushrooms infused with sweet basil and garlic in less than 30 minutes.

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. Remove from skillet.

  • Stir vegetables into skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender.

  • Stir in Skillet Sauce. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with cooked pasta, if desired.

Cooking tip

To Prepare in Slow Cooker: Place 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, 1 bell pepper, cut into strips, and 1 onion, cut into wedges, in 4-quart slow cooker. Pour Skillet Sauce over top. Cover. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
