Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh pizza dough substitution Substitutions available
    • frozen pizza dough, thawed
  • McCormick® Oregano Herb Grinder
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into thin slices

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pizza dough on lightly floured surface. Twist oregano herb grinder over dough. Knead dough until oregano is evenly distributed. Knead in additional twists of oregano until desired amount is reached. Let dough stand at room temperature 20 minutes to 1 hour.
  • 2 Roll or press dough into a 12-inch circle. Place on lightly greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Spread sauce on dough. Top with cheese slices. Twist oregano herb grinder over pizza.
  • 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Serve with oregano herb grinder.
