Ingredients
- 1/4 cup McCormick® Pineapple Fruit Spread
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 2 medium Granny Smith apples, cored, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Fruit Spread and lemon juice in small bowl. Set aside. Place pineapple and apple in large bowl. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Thread fruit onto skewers.
- 2 Grill fruit skewers over medium-high heat about 6 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through and brushing with 1/2 of the marmalade mixture.
- 3 Remove fruit from skewers and cut into bite-size pieces. Drizzle with remaining fruit spread mixture. Serve warm over ice cream.
