INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Cardamom, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups hot freshly brewed Earl Grey tea
  • 2 tablespoons honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 For the cheese foam, place heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of the milk, cream cheese, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of the cardamom and salt in blender container. Cover. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  • 2 Mix hot tea and honey in pitcher or large glass measuring cup until honey is dissolved. Cool completely. Whisk in remaining 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 teaspoon cardamom.
  • 3 To serve, fill 3 tall (16-ounce) glasses about halfway with ice. Divide tea among glasses. Top with cheese foam. Sprinkle lightly with additional cardamom, if desired.
