Potato Salad

Chunks of potato, celery, green onions and bacon in a tangy mayonnaise dressing – this classic potato salad will always be welcome at a cookout or picnic.

  • Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and cool slightly.

  • Mix mayonnaise, celery and seasonings in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with green onions and bacon. Serve at room temperature. Or, cover and refrigerate untill ready to serve.
