Make a quick and easy moo shu pork with Lawry’s® Teriyaki Marinade to season the pork, broccoli slaw mix for the filling and flour tortillas for the wrappers.
Mix marinade, peanut butter, sugar and red pepper, if desired, in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Set aside.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add marinade mixture; cook and stir 1 minute or until heated through. Remove pork from skillet; set aside. Add broccoli slaw mix to skillet; cook and stir 1 minute or just until heated through.
Spoon pork onto each tortilla; top with slaw. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired.
