Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir until tender. Remove from skillet.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add chicken; cook and stir until chicken is cooked through.
Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return vegetables to skillet. Add tomato; cooked until heated through.
