Mix Seasoning Mix and tomatoes in medium saucepan on high heat. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
For muffin halves, broil until lightly browned. Top each muffin half with sauce, cheese and toppings, as desired. Broil until cheese is melted.
For pizza crusts or naan bread, top with sauce, cheese and toppings, as desired. Bake pizza crusts in preheated 450°F oven 8 to 10 minutes. Bake naan bread in preheated 400°F oven 10 to 12 minutes.
Substitution Tip: Use 2 prepared pizza crusts (8-inch) or 1 package (8.8 ounces) naan (2 pieces) in place of the English Muffins.
