The classic onion dip gets a luscious makeover with caramelized sweet Vidalia onions. Serve with French bread slices and pita chips.
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook 20 minutes or until caramelized, stirring occasionally. Spoon onions into medium bowl. Cool slightly.
Stir in yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder and sea salt until well blended. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
