Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium Vidalia onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sicilian Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook 20 minutes or until caramelized, stirring occasionally. Spoon onions into medium bowl. Cool slightly.
- 2 Stir in yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder and sea salt until well blended. Cover.
- 3 Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
