Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
Stir in Seasoning Mix, beans, salsa and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in flour tortilla wedges. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with desired toppings.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with assorted toppings, such as chopped green onions, chopped tomato, chopped avocado and sour cream.
