Skillet Burritos

Serves: Makes 6 servings.

  • Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.

  • Stir in Seasoning Mix, beans, salsa and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Stir in flour tortilla wedges. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with desired toppings.

Cooking tip

Serving Suggestion: Serve with assorted toppings, such as chopped green onions, chopped tomato, chopped avocado and sour cream.

    My husband made this for his supper tonight and he loved it! We could not find the McCormick Burrito Seasoning so we bought McCormick Taco Seasoning for a substitute. He said it was wonderful!
