When it's game day you don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen and yet you want to serve full-flavored party food. This is the chili dip recipe to prepare. Photo credit: Lindsay Landis from Love & Olive Oil.
1 pound lean ground beef
1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix Hot
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pound process cheese spread, cubed
Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
Stir in Seasoning Mix and tomatoes. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in process cheese spread until smooth. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
For less spicy dip, Use McCormick® Original or Mild Chili Seasoning Mix.
