USAGE
Corned Beef & Cabbage
PLACE 3 pounds corned beef brisket, 2 quarts water, 1 onion, quartered, 2 tablespoons Pickling Spice and 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic in large saucepot. Cover.
BRING to boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 2 hours.
ADD 8 small red potatoes and 2 cups baby carrots; simmer 30 minutes longer.
ADD 1 small cabbage, cut into wedges; simmer 15 minutes longer.
