This crowd-pleasing pasta salad is great when you’re entertaining or contributing to a potluck.
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
2 teaspoons Lawry's® Garlic Pepper
3 cups broccoli florets
2 medium yellow squash, cubed (2 cups)
2 cups grape tomatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup chopped red onion
1 package (16 ounces) rotini pasta, cooked and drained
Mix oil, vinegar, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning and garlic pepper in large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Test Kitchen Tip: Recipe may be halved.
Substitution Tip: If Lawry's® Garlic Pepper is not available, substitute 1 teaspoon each McCormick® Garlic Powder and McCormick® Black Pepper, Coarse Ground.
