INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Reserve 2 tablespoons of the Marinade. Place pork and vegetables in 2 separate large resealable plastic bags or glass dishes. Pour remaining Marinade evenly into each bag; turn to coat well.
  • 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork and vegetables from Marinade. Discard any remaining Marinade. Alternately thread pork and vegetables onto skewers.
  • 3 Grill kabobs over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is to desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved Marinade. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
