1 package Grill Mates® Tomato, Garlic & Basil Marinade
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
2 tablespoons white or balsamic vinegar

I mix this with ground turkey, chopped spinach, chopped olives and feta cheese to make Mediterranean turkey burgers. SO GOOD!

I save a little bit of the spice and sprinkle over buttered corn on the cob, place in tin foil then grill it with the meat! Great stuff!

On the tomato basil and white wine herb, use an extra packet when marinating; save the reserve, put into a small fry pan, bring to light boil, add some heavy whipping cream and fat free half & half to soften up the intensity, whisk vigorously, bring back to light boil while whisking for about another minute, then serve over the grilled meat.

I always use this when I make turkey burgers and it's such a huge hit! Add a little garlic-mayo to toasted wheat buns and it's an easy meal, any day of the week!
