Preheat oven to 450ºF. Mix ricotta cheese and 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning Mix in small bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to use
Toss vegetables with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with remaining Seasoning Mix; toss to coat evenly. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetable mixture; cook and stir 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread crust evenly with ricotta cheese mixture, vegetables, tomato and mozzarella cheese
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice and serve immediately
