8 chicken thighs, skin removed
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon McCormick Gourmet™ Greek Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Garlic Powder, California
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
Grill chicken over medium heat in covered grill 30 minutes or until cooked through, turning every 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
Place cooked chicken in baking dish. Pour seasoning mixture over top; turn to coat. Cover with foil; let stand 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
Test Kitchen Tip: Use a paper towel to grasp the chicken skin for easier removal.
