Break up dinnertime monotony with these delicious fajitas. Use McCormick® Gourmet Bourbon Spiced Pork with Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Apples Recipe & Seasoning Mix to season the beef with a little heat, sweet spices and a hint of bourbon flavor.
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 package McCormick Gourmet™ Bourbon Spiced Pork with Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Apples Recipe & Seasoning Mix
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
8 flour tortillas, 8-inch, warmed
Toss beef with Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Remove vegetable mixture from skillet. Add beef to skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Return vegetable mixture to skillet; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
Spoon beef mixture onto tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
