Bourbon Beef and Pepper Fajitas

Break up dinnertime monotony with these delicious fajitas. Use McCormick® Gourmet Bourbon Spiced Pork with Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Apples Recipe & Seasoning Mix to season the beef with a little heat, sweet spices and a hint of bourbon flavor.

  • Toss beef with Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Set aside.

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Remove vegetable mixture from skillet. Add beef to skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Return vegetable mixture to skillet; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.

  • Spoon beef mixture onto tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.

Cooking tip

Test Kitchen Tip:
•Add assorted toppings, such as salsa, shredded cheese and sour cream.

•Instead of 1 green bell pepper or 1 red bell peppers, use 1/2 of each.
