Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 4 teaspoons McCormick® Herb with Lemon Seafood Rub
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 2 Mix Seafood Rub, oil and wine in small bowl. Spread evenly over top of salmon.
- 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Grilling Directions: Prepare salmon as directed. Grill over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
