Stir Sauce Mix, water, tomato paste and oil in medium saucepan until well blended.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over gluten-free pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
