  • PREHEAT oven to 400ºF. Unfold and cut puff pastry into 18 squares. Place squares 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. In small bowl, mix butter and ginger. Brush puff pastry squares with ginger butter, then sprinkle with sugar.

  • BAKE 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
