Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) tequila
- 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) grapefruit liqueur
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Global Selects Timut Pepper from Nepal, coarsely ground
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/2 cup grapefruit soda, chilled
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients except grapefruit soda. Shake well.
- 2 Fill 12-ounce highball glass halfway with ice. Strain cocktail mixture through fine mesh sieve over ice in glass. Top with grapefruit soda. Sprinkle with additional Timut pepper and garnish with grapefruit wheel, if desired.
