  • 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix beef, pork, 1/4 cup of the Mayonesa, panko, jalapeño, cilantro, oregano, garlic and salt in large bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking pan.
  • 2 Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.
  • 3 Meanwhile, place remaining Mayonesa and red peppers in food processor; cover. Pulse until smooth. Serve with meatballs.
