Pepper and Herb Crusted Goat Cheese

  • Mix Italian seasoning and crushed peppercorns. Roll goat cheese in seasoning mixture until well coated. Place on serving plate. Drizzle goat cheese with oil.

  • Serve with crackers or French bread slices

Cooking tip

• To crush peppercorns, place peppercorns in large resealable plastic bag. Close tightly. Pound with a rolling pin, mallet or heavy skillet until coarsely crushed.
