Herb Pork Roast
MIX 2 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 tsp. Ground Thyme. Coat 1 boneless pork roast (about 2 lbs.) with herb mixture.
ROAST in preheated 350ºF oven 1 hour or until desired doneness. If desired, prepare Ginger Peach Glaze by mixing 1/2 cup peach or apricot preserves, 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce and 3/4 tsp. Ground Ginger. Spoon over pork during last 10 minutes of cooking.
