Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Lemon Herb Seasoning
  • 1 pound tilapia fillets or other firm white fish fillets

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in wine and Seasoning. Place fish on broiler pan. Brush butter mixture over fish.
  • 2 Broil 8 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
