Mustard, Ground

The ground flour of the perennial, yellow mustard seed Brassica hirta Moench.  A member of the family Cruciferae.

USAGE
Deviled Eggs
SLICE 6 peeled hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; mash with fork.

STIR in 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon each Ground Mustard and Parsley Flakes, and 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt.

SPOON into egg halves. Sprinkle with Paprika.

REFRIGERATE until ready to serve.
