  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package (14 to 16 ounces) smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices Substitutions available
    • (14 to 16 ounces) andouille sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package ZATARAIN'S® Alfredo Pasta Dinner Mix

Instructions

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet. Add bell pepper and onion to skillet; cook and stir 2 minutes or until tender-crisp

  • Stir in milk, water and Pasta Dinner Mix. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sausage

  • Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving
