Shake 1 tablespoon seasoning per 1 pound of fish, shrimp, chicken or vegetables before baking, roasting, pan-frying or broiling.

This is different than the Creole Seasoning "Shake on the Flavor." This is bolder and has a bit of a "smokey" flavor. The "shake on flavor" has more salt and garlic flavoring. This works wonders with Pork Grillades.

I really like this product but can't seem to find it in my local grocers. Have looked at Krogers, Food Town and Wal Mart.
