MICROWAVE COOKING DIRECTIONS
1. Remove lid and seasoning packet. Open seasoning packet and pour into cup.
2. Add water to fill line inside cup. (Do not overfill)
3 Stir until seasoning is dissolved.
4. Microwave, uncovered, on high 3 1/2 minutes or until rice is tender.
5. Let stand in microwave 1 to 2 minutes. Carefully remove cup from microwave. Stir before serving.
Caution: Cup and contents will be very hot! Microwave ovens vary adjust cooking time if needed. Cooking times are based on an 1100 watt microwave oven. Do not leave microwave unattended. Do not reuse cup.

Terrible taste, small amount of food

I tried this because I love Zatarain's Red Beans & Rice dinner mix, but this is not good. The rice is rubbery and the taste is off somehow. I took a couple of bites and threw it away. I won't be buying this again. Sorry!
