I drive all the way to OKC to find this in a grocery store. Alright, I have grandkids there, but I do stock up every visit. Slice a thick piece off a pork loin, beat it to half its original thickness, coat it with Zatarain's Bake & Crisp for Pork, bake it, and you would think your were back in the mid-west eating a pork tenderloin sandwich.
