It all goes into a giant pot: Kitchen Basics® Original Turkey Stock, McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Bay Leaves, Organic Black Pepper, amber ale, salt and sugar. Heat on stovetop long enough to dissolve sugar and salt. Chill. And give your turkey a bath! Tip: Line a large pot with a turkey bag. Place the turkey right in and pour the brine overtop for a good overnight soak.
Frying a turkey is a great way to ensure it comes out crispy and juicy. Before frying, dry your bird with kitchen towels (instead of paper towels) to make sure the skin is extra-dry. Any water left on the bird could cause oil to spit as you lower turkey into the fryer.
