Bar-B-Q Beef Brisket Sundaes

  • 6 pound smoked beef brisket
  • 2 cups Stubb's Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 cups baked beans
  • 4 cups cole slaw
  • 8 mini cornbread muffins
  • 16 bread and butter pickles

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Using a sharp knife, chop the smoked brisket into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 Place the brisket in a large bowl and top with the barbecue sauce. Toss to coat.
  • 3 Divide the brisket evenly among 8 8-ounce jars.
  • 4 Top the brisket with 1/2 cup baked beans and 1/2 cup Cole slaw. Repeat with remaining jars.
  • 5 Place one cornbread muffin on top of each jar and garnish with bread and butter pickles, if desired.
  • 6 Serve immediately.
