Usage Tips

Beer Battered Shrimp
1 cup Batter Mix
1/2 tsp. McCormick® Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. McCormick® Ground Red Pepper
2/3 cup beer or water
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Vegetable oil
1. STIR Batter Mix, garlic powder and red pepper in medium bowl until mixed.
2. ADD beer or water and mix until smooth.  Continue as directed above.

Beer Battered Onion Rings
STIR 1 cup Batter Mix and 2/3 cup beer or water in medium bowl until mixed.
SLICE 1 to 2 large sweet onions into 1/2-inch thick rings (about 2 cups.)
DIP into batter, one at a time.
FRY, several at a time, as directed above about 2 minutes or until golden brown.

Top with shredded cabbage, Cream mix (40% mayo, 40% sour cream, 20% milk ((blend in some canned chipotle into the cream mix if you're feeling feisty)), pico de gallo, drizzle with lime and you have yourself an amazing taco!
