EXCELLENT!! Perfect for making fish or shrimp tacos!! I use Coor's Beer for the mix. Add the fried fish to warm tortillas. Top with shredded cabbage, Cream mix (40% mayo, 40% sour cream, 20% milk ((blend in some canned chipotle into the cream mix if you're feeling feisty)), pico de gallo, drizzle with lime and you have yourself an amazing taco! This has been our Taco Tuesday tradition for years. I absolutely recommend it.
