Makes 9 servings.
YOU WILL NEED
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1. PLACE chicken and mushrooms in slow cooker.
2. MIX Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and tomato paste in bowl until blended. Pour over chicken and mushrooms; stir to coat. Cover.
3. COOK 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Stir before serving. Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Slow Cooker Tip: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
Test Kitchen Tip: Stir in 1 pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach immediately after cooking.
