YOU WILL NEED
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup olive oil
2 medium heads cauliflower, cut into small florets (about 10 cups)
1. MIX Seasoning Mix and oil in small bowl. Place cauliflower in large bowl. Drizzle with oil mixture; toss to coat well.
2. SPREAD cauliflower in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
3. ROAST in preheated 425°F oven 40 minutes or until cauliflower is tender, stirring halfway through cooking.
