Usage Tips

It is typically used over cooked chicken parts and garnished with sesame seeds, and served with rice and corn tortillas.  Mole can also be served in enchiladas.

  • I love mole, and when I seen it in the grocery store I was skeptical. I have tried mole in restaurants all over the world. I tripled the peanut butter quantity called for, cooked it in a crock pot all day, and THIS IS THE BEST MOLE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
