You Will Need
1 pkg. McCormick® Sausage Country Gravy Mix
2 cups milk
1. STIR milk gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in 2-quart saucepan.
2. COOK on medium heat just until gravy comes to a boil. Stir frequently to avoid burning gravy on bottom of pan. Stirring constantly, reduce heat to low and simmer 1 minute.
Microwave Directions: Stir milk into Gravy Mix in 2-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Microwave ovens vary; cook time is approximate.

Sausage, Peppers and Onion Country Gravy: Stir 2 tbsp. each sautéed finely chopped red and green bell peppers and onion into prepared gravy.
