Amazing! Paired with a beef roast from the crockpot that just falls apart, this gravy keeps the meat moist and tasting incredible. My family will eat no other! In fact, I've had many guests ask me for my recipe. So glad it's good and simple! Also goes well with Hawaiian sweet bread as a dip. I don't care for onion, and I don't notice an overpowering flavor as mentioned in a previous review. Our favorite! Only wish it was more readily available in stores in our area, I usually have to pay more and order it from Amazon - but worth it!
