Yummy! I have made this so many times. I have made it for guests, family and many times just for me. Everyone raves about it, even when the turned their nose up while they watched me make it. The red Bell peppers add just the perfect taste and color. I just pile on all of the seasoned spinach onto 2 pieces if fish :)
