1 pkg. McCormick® Bourbon Chicken Skillet Sauce
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
1. HEAT oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
2. STIR in Sauce. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
